Your orders are delivered to the address you wish within the borders of Turkey, provided that it is within the shipping area of the cargo company.

Delivery Times

Preparation of your order
The shipping times of the products you ordered are on the product detail pages. You will be notified by e-mail after your order is shipped by nstasarim.com.tr.

If there is a product with a longer delivery time within the same order, all of the products in your order will be shipped at once after they are prepared.

Tracking Your Order
You can get information about the status of your shipment from the My Orders section under the customer service menu 24 hours after the e-mail sent to you that your order has been shipped.

Shipment of Shipped Orders to Your Delivery Address
From the date your orders are delivered to the cargo company; Within 1 to 3 business days, nstasarim.com.tr delivery processes to cargo companies are carried out every weekday except official and religious holidays, and distribution processes by cargo companies are carried out every day except Sundays and official and religious holidays.

In case the Cargo Company cannot reach you at the time of delivery
The cargo company will visit your delivery address specified in your order 2 times, and if it cannot find anyone to make the delivery as a result of 2 visits, the products will be brought back to nstasarim.com.tr. In this case, if you contact nstasarim.com.tr Customer Services, the products can be reshipped according to your request.

Shipping Fees
The shipping fee of the products you order from the nstasarim.com.tr online store and by phone is calculated according to the volumes (patterns*) of the original packaging. The province-district information where the shipments will be made has no effect on the shipping fee.

According to this measurement system called deci, the deci of a product is calculated by dividing its volume in cubic centimeters by 3000. Shipping prices of products with decimals are calculated by rounding up. This fee is added to your total amount on the payment page.
